to sustain my Activities as
FIFA
Players’ Agent.
The Company, who officially
launched its activities on October 18, 2004, is registered
under the name: CV
MUTIARA HITAM, SPORT AND MANAGEMENT
At the Very beginning,
MUTIARA HITAM,
Indonesian
Name literally for
BLACK DIAMOND,
was An Association of African born football players
established
in Indonesia. I created the Association and I
acted as General Secretary.

The Association was
based in Tangerang, Banten and its aim was:
▪ To look
after the interests of the members of the community.
▪ To remind
them how to live in harmony in Indonesia, to become
part of the neighborhood.
▪ To teach
them the way to behave in a Muslim Country full of
traditions.
▪ To provide
assistance for those in needs.
▪ To open a
forum and reviving the
African brotherhood.

Thanks to
the success to manage and run the Association that I
created,
The Indonesian Football Association through the
Director of Players Status and Players Transfer,
contacted me.
I was then
asked to officially represent African born Players that
play or intend to play in Indonesia. I had to create a
Company to sustain my new business, and then I created
MUTIARA HITAM SPORT AND
MANAGEMENT.
In fact, The
Football Association of Indonesia
[PSSI], as
well as
The National Football League governing Body [BLI] needed an alternative to the late
KOMODO
SPORT AGENCY, that was Headless and dyeing, due to the
departure of its mastermind out of Indonesia.
